Angels Shrug Off Minnesota, 11-1
The Los Angeles Angels topped the Minnesota Twins, 11-1, in American League action at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The game was highlighted by the performance of Los Angeles first baseman Mário Quintanar. The win puts the Angels at 32-22, while the Twins drop to 25-28.

Ryder Hahn had a big 2-run home run for the Angels in the bottom of the first inning. With Los Angeles trailing 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a slider from 26-year old left-handed pitcher William Heller and punished it. The result was his 11th home run of the season, which put the Angels on top, 2-1.

"I still think this team can play even better," Hahn told the Los Angeles Gazette.
