Snaith Raps Peñuelas for 5 Hits
Eliot Snaith put on a hitting clinic as the Kannapolis Intimidators dumped the Peñuelas Alligators, 18-7, at Alligators Field.

The Kannapolis center fielder made Peñuelas defenders earn their pay, lashing Peñuelas pitching for 5 hits in 7 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."

"Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Snaith said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch."

Eliot Snaith hit an RBI single in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
