Playoffs? No Chance for Quad Cities Thursday, July 26th , 1984 In the middle of a disastrous season, it would be understandable if Quad Cities Cubs fans had already started to turn their attention to next year. Doubly so as of today, as the Cubs have now been officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Cubs are still searching for their first playoff appearance. They haven't made the playoffs in all 6 years of their history. |
