Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons Mathematically Out of Playoffs Tuesday, August 7th , 1990 There are many adjectives that can be used to describe the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons this season. Few of them are positive. And as of today, the Red Barons can add another descriptor -- officially eliminated from the playoffs. This is the 1st time in a row that the Red Barons have missed the playoffs.Their last payoff appearance was in 1989. |
