Charleston Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, August 19th , 1983 Fans of the Charleston Charlies will no doubt soon start turning their attention to next season -- if they haven't already. The team today was officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Charlies are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 3 seasons in the IL. |
