Recovery Slow for Bruins R.J. Alaniz Wednesday, August 9th , 2023 R.J. Alaniz, closer for the Louisville Bruins, was making great progress in healing forearm tendinitis according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "R.J. was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least one week before he will be able to rejoin the club." For the year Alaniz has 9 saves in 27 relief appearances with a 0-2 mark and 2.16 ERA. |
