El Paso Wins Round 1 Tuesday, September 12th , 2023 The El Paso Chihuahuas are one step closer to the Round 4. The club prevailed 12-3 at Smith's Ballpark tonight to eliminate the Salt Lake Bees and advance to the Round 2. The Chihuahuas won the series by a 4-2 margin, with left fielder and series MVP Taylor Kohlwey leading the way. "I'm proud of all the guys," Kohlwey said. "This was a team effort, not just me." The Round 2 matchups and schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |
