Charlotte Takes Round 1 Tuesday, September 12th , 2023 The Charlotte Knights will continue the trek towards a Round 4 title, while the Oklahoma City Dodgers are headed home for the season. Charlotte won the Round 1 with a clinching game 3-1 victory at Truist Field, concluding the series at 4-2. "We didn't want this thing to go any further, that's for sure," Adam Haseley said after officially being named series MVP. He turned in a dominant offensive performance to win the award, with a .250 batting average, .333 on-base percentage, 2 home runs, 7 RBI and 4 runs scored. The Round 2 matchups and schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |
