The Sendai Thunderbolts upended the Tokyo Samurai at Thunderbolts Park today, thanks in large part to shortstop Yujiro Yamamoto, who had a smashing day with the bat, racking up 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His big effort helped propel the Thunderbolts to a 11-3 victory. Yujiro Yamamoto singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Kazuo Takahashi Jr. in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Jay Alvarez in the 8th.
