Gausman Dominant in Blue Jays Victory
Pitcher Kevin Gausman was sensational for the Toronto Blue Jays in his team's 3-1 triumph over the Kansas City Royals. Gausman picked up the win, and it was well-earned. Jordan Romano got credit for the save for Toronto. It was his 3rd of the year. The Blue Jays, now 8-3, have been playing some good baseball.

Gausman, who was born in Centennial, Colorado, threw 96 pitches over 8 innings, while allowing 1 run.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Gausman told the Toronto Citizen.
