Las Vegas Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The inspired effort of Vancouver third baseman Kelvin Gutierrez was not enough to prevent a loss, 5-4, to the Las Vegas Red Aces. Gutierrez went 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Las Vegas reliever Antonio Velez picked up the win, upping his record to 6-8. Konner Wade absorbed the loss. With the win, the Red Aces sit at 96-54.

Ryan Noda was the walk-off hero for Las Vegas. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Red Aces designated hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Vancouver manager Tripp Keister. "The effort was great."
