The Las Vegas Red Aces weathered an outstanding game by Portland third baseman Cristian Santana to topple the Storm, 4-3. Santana went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Matt Gage sewed up the save, his 18th. The win elevated the Red Aces to 82-48.

Las Vegas designated hitter Ryan Noda contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With two down, he hit a sinker into center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 80th hit of the season and put the Red Aces ahead, 4-3.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Noda said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
