The Buffalo Bulls picked up a win at Sunsdome, knocking off the Mexico City Suns, 3-2. Starting pitcher Noah Skirrow was a big reason why. The winning pitcher was Skirrow, now 7-5. He tossed 8 innings of 3-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 7. The triumph puts Buffalo at 47-45 for the season.

Buffalo needed the clutch hitting of Ruben Cardenas to notch the win. The left fielder hammered a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Bulls on top, 3-2. For the game, Cardenas had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"We found a way to get it done," Skirrow said.
