The Mexico City Suns extended their winning streak.

The Mexico City Suns topped the San Antonio Texans by the score of 8-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to left fielder Andrew Stevenson. Stevenson went 3 for 5 with a triple and a double. He scored 2 runs for the Suns on the day. The Suns have now won 6 straight.

Mexico City used a well-timed hit by Jameson Hannah to capture the win. The center fielder socked a bases-clearing double in the top of the second inning to put the Suns ahead, 5-2. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

"I like seeing our guys get a return on what they've put in," said Mexico City manager Edgar Gonzalez.
