Astros Hammered by Seager, Drop Game 2 to Rangers
With shortstop Corey Seager leading the charge, the Texas Rangers defeated the visiting Houston Astros, 7-4, in Game 2 of the Round 2 today. Seager went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 at Globe Life Field to help Texas force a 1-1 tie in the best-of-3 series.

The Rangers took a 5-2 lead in the bottom of the second inning. Facing Houston hurler Framber Valdez with two outs, Seager hit a 2-run home run.

"We're happy," Seager told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Minute Maid Park in Houston.
