Oka Goes 6-for-7
6 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Fresno HS's Yasukazu Oka made it happen today against the Keys. Everything came together at the plate for the 14-year-old left fielder as he collected 6 hits in 7 at-bats -- and led the Lakers to a 41-24 win at Mesa HS Stadium.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Oka said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

Yasukazu Oka singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, walked in the 6th, grounded out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, walked in the 8th, singled in the 9th and hit a three-run triple in the 9th.

This season Oka is hitting .388 with 123 hits, 9 home runs, 75 RBIs, scored 78 runs and played in 78 games.
