Burgos Goes on Rampage Against Clowns Tuesday, September 11th , 2029 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Lubbock's Ignacio Burgos made it happen against the Clowns. Everything came together at the plate for the 23-year-old shortstop as he collected 5 hits in 7 at-bats -- and helped the Captains triumph, 21-6, at Clowns Grove. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Burgos said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Ignacio Burgos doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Jim Domian in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 8th.
