Barrage of Hits Gets Shapen SL1 Award Monday, May 29th , 2028 It was a fantastic week for Anchorage shortstop Blake Shapen and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the Sub League 1 Player of the Week Award. Last week Shapen hammered the ball at a torrid .571 pace, going 16-for-28 with 6 home runs, 14 RBIs and 17 runs scored. On the year Shapen has hit .459 with 6 home runs, 14 RBIs and scored 17 runs. |
