Magnuson Jr. Best CAR Starter Friday, August 1st , 2031 Trystan Magnuson Jr. of Carolina had a tremendous July with a 3-0 mark and was chosen the Pitcher of the Month in the Carolina League. Magnuson Jr. restricted opposing hitters to 21 base hits and a .208 batting average. He rang up 32 strikeouts in 29.1 innings of work, surrendered 16 walks, and crafted a 1.53 ERA.
