The Texas Rangers picked up a win at Globe Life Field, knocking off the Cincinnati Reds, 3-1. Starting pitcher Brett Kerry played a key role in the triumph. Kerry yielded no runs over 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 2, and struck out 2. His record improves to 7-12. Texas is now 67-72, while Cincinnati is 95-44.
