De Jesus Slams 5 Hits for Fontana
5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Fontana's Jose De Jesus made it happen today against the Mallards. Everything came together at the plate for the 21-year-old center fielder as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats -- and led the Devils to a 7-4 win at Mallards Park.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," De Jesus said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

Jose De Jesus singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, walked in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

So far this year De Jesus has hit .322 with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs and 23 runs scored.
