Houston Colt 45 s pitcher Alex del Rio blanked the Cleveland Naps, 2-0, at Minute Maid Park, tossing a 3-hitter while issuing 1 walk and collecting 11 strikeouts.

After his sharp shutout performance, he shared credit with the rest of the club.

"I was just locked in out there and some of that is due to having a catcher who has such a great feel for hitters," del Rio said. "I couldn't do what I did without all the guys out there today."
