Pelicans Get No Resistance from Wood Ducks in 18-0 Beat-Down
The Down East Wood Ducks met their match today in Myrtle Beach hurler Dalton Roach. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 5-hit shutout.

"He just worked us over," Down East skipper Carlos Maldonado said. "He probably didn't even need a shower after the game -- he barely worked up a sweat."

In the 18-0 victory, Roach whiffed 6 and gave up 1 walk.
