Dominant Performance by Glasnow in Texas Win
Texas starter Tyler Glasnow kept the Minnesota offense from doing much damage. The right-hander leaned on his fastball in leading the Rangers to a 3-1 win. Pete Fairbanks got the save, his 30th in 35 chances. With the win, Texas pushed its record to 70-55.

The Twins had their hands full with Glasnow, who overpowered Minnesota hitters while racking up 12 strikeouts.

"Tyler made some big pitches when he needed to," said Rangers manager Brian Crawford.
