Xue Lifts Nightmares to 9-5 Triumph
Alamos Town first baseman Tian-bai Xue contributed significantly to his team's 9-5 win over the Tokyo Ghouls. Xue, who is tied for 6th in the BBL in triples with 2, went 3 for 4 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Nightmares. Ottavio Rovigo was the winner. He's now 5-1. The loser was 28-year old right-handed pitcher Angel Gonzales. Alamos Town now has a record of 20-15 with the win.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Eddie Mercado? The Alamos Town second baseman had a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Nightmares on top, 2-1. For the game, Mercado had 2 doubles and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
