Best CCBL Reliever Named Monday, June 2nd , 2053 Collin Green was a calming influence out of the Hyannis Harbor Hawks bullpen this season. His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 19-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the Cape Cod League Reliever of the Year Award for 2053. The Anaheim, California native won the award with 6 saves in 19 relief appearances, 35 strikeouts in 29.1 innings and a record of 5-1 to go with his 0.31 ERA. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10. Zane Pagano of the Wareham Gatemen finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Brian Collins of the Harwich Mariners finished third.
