Best CCBL Reliever Named Monday, May 12th , 2059 He may only be 20, but Tommy Moon of the Hyannis Harbor Hawks has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Cape Cod League. The reliever was today named the CCBL Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2059. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 13 saves in 23 relief appearances and 28 strikeouts in 23.2 innings. He had a record of 2-1 to go with his 1.14 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Johnathan Jones of the Harwich Mariners finished second in voting, while Phil Auble of the Hyannis Harbor Hawks finished third.
