Orleans's Cameron Snags Outstanding Pitcher Award Sunday, May 15th , 2061 Dwight Cameron had a terrific 2061 season in the Cape Cod League. The Orleans pitching stalwart received the most votes and has been proclaimed this year's Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. The Firebirds ace starred with an impressive 5-1 record. In 12 starts, he gave up 49 base hits and struck out 61 in 66.1 innings with a 2.17 ERA. Opposing teams hit .204 against him. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Milton Hastings of the Harwich Mariners finished second in voting, while Logan Grote of the Wareham Gatemen finished third.
