Clemson Takes Regionals Friday, April 25th , 2059 The Clemson Tigers have swept the Miami Hurricanes and are on to the Super Regionals. Clemson won 6-2 today at Mark Light Field to clinch the Regionals. "We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said Clemson left fielder Brendan Stafford, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning." Stafford won the award with a .625 batting average and a .700 on-base percentage.
