Cowboys Pitching Ravaged by Alice Saturday, April 21st , 2063 Duke Blue Devils catcher Giovanny Alice banged out 5 hits today, but it was not enough to keep his club from succumbing to the Oklahoma State Cowboys, 10-7. He went 5-for-7 and raised his batting average a few points. "If the hits keep coming," an upbeat Alice said after the game, "the runs will too. And, more importantly, so will the wins." Giovanny Alice walked in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Devin Stufflet in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI double in the 9th, flied out in the 11th, doubled in the 13th, walked in the 15th, flied out in the 17th, walked in the 20th and singled in the 22nd.
