Sirignano 5-for-6 Against Blue Devils Sunday, February 9th , 2059 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Oregon State's 16-7 win over Duke today, right fielder Zane Sirignano was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Ballpark of Columbus College. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Sirignano said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Zane Sirignano hit a three-run home run off Bryan Harry in the 1st, tripled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Max Davids in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Sawyer Viergutz in the 8th and flied out in the 9th.
