Dunn Takes WL's Best Bat Award Friday, July 1st, 2044 When Tommy Dunn stepped up to the plate in June he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Walker League Batter of the Month award. The young Cienfuegos third baseman posted a .426 batting average with 7 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 17 runs. Dunn also worked pitchers for 12 walks to post a .495 on-base percentage. On the season, Dunn is batting .353 with 13 home runs and 49 RBIs. He has played in 66 games. |
