Knights Win The Wort Barley Division Crown Sunday, September 7th , 2059 The Newark Knights may have had some self-doubt, but in the end they have prevailed as The Wort Barley Division champions. "When the standings are as close as they have been in the final days of the season, you start to wonder - can we really do this?" said reliever Josh Bickford. "Thankfully I think everyone still believed and we got it done." It's now off to the postseason, where the team will be trying to win the Lautering Trophy for the 4th time. The division title was the 17th for the Knights. |
