Capitals Gabriel Rosen Swings Hot Bat, MASH Winner Monday, August 12th , 2052 24-year-old Gabriel Rosen made a few Harrisburg headlines during this past week as the rookie first baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and The Mash officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 23 at-bats to put up a .522 average. Rosen collected 4 home runs, 7 RBIs and scored 7 runs. Thus far this season Rosen has hit .341 with 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 9 times. |
