Dallas, Pawtucket Make Trade Monday, March 4th , 2052 Dallas and Pawtucket announced today in a joint press conference that 28-year old RHP Blake Visco and 18-year old minor league RF Ira Benda will be going to the Patriots in exchange for 24-year old LHP Garrett Huls and 25-year old SS Darius Brown. "It'll be exciting to join a new organization," one player said. "Some of us could use a fresh start." The players have each passed physicals and are expected to report by day's end. In his career Visco has posted a record of 19-11 and compiled a 4.02 ERA. In his career Brown has played in 360 games with a .291 batting average. Among his 359 hits are 77 doubles, 10 triples, and 11 home runs. He also has scored 152 runs, walked 77 times, has 15 stolen bases and driven in 128 runs. |
