At Samuel Stone Memorial Field today, the Toronto Canadians shortstop burned Hartford pitching, going 5-for-5 in a 8-4 Toronto triumph. "When he's on his game," Toronto skipper Chet Linseman told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded."
