Hoffman Tabbed DL's Top Rookie Friday, July 1st, 2044 For a young man just making his way into the Domestic League, Martin Hoffman has shown incredible poise and confidence over the past month, netting him the coveted Rookie of the Month Award. In June he fashioned a 3-0 mark and a 2.70 ERA. The New Orleans starter struck out 20 in 13.1 innings as he walked 5 and held opposing batters to a .229 average. This season Hoffman is 3-and-0 with no saves and a 2.70 ERA. He has given up 11 hits in 13.1 innings with 20 strikeouts. |
