New Orleans, Washington Trade Made Monday, November 18th , 2052 BNN is reporting a rumored trade between the New Orleans Voodoo and Washington Bats has been finalized. The deal, which is expected to be announced sometime during the next few hours, will reportedly send a 4th round draft pick to Washington in return for 27-year old 1B R.C. Sloan. The clubs were noncommittal on the trade, but did not deny it. Lifetime Sloan is hitting .262 with 27 doubles, 5 triples, 22 home runs, 65 RBIs and 72 runs scored. He has appeared in 168 games to date and delivered 133 hits. |
