Guides Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 18th , 2057 Despite their best efforts, the Maine Guides were officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Guides have missed the playoffs 38 times in their 80 years as a Brewers League Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2055. In the last 10 seasons, the Guides have missed the playoffs 5 times.
