Rookie Pitches His Way to DL Trophy Thursday, October 1st , 2054 Lately Noel Fetter has been approaching every start with a wealth of confidence for a tenderfoot. For his outstanding performance the Hartford Whalers starter picked up the Domestic League Rookie of the Month Award today. He was really in a groove during September as he collected 4 wins and no losses in 5 starts, 26 strikeouts in 30 innings and an impressive 3.00 ERA.
