Heizer 5-for-5 Against Wilmington Wednesday, September 18th , 2052 Cooper Heizer exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Wildcat Park. The Santo Domingo shortstop had a field day in the 15-5 triumph over the Wilmington Wildcats, finishing 5-for-5. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Heizer must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Cooper Heizer hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
