Great Day for Figueroa -- 5 Hits Saturday, September 15th, 2040 Today at Samuel Stone Memorial Field, the Hartford Whalers topped the Dallas Drillers in spite of a standout batting performance by first baseman Ricky Figueroa. Figueroa had a very impressive day at the plate, spanking Hartford pitching for 5 base hits, but couldn't do enough for a win. Hartford whipped Dallas by the score of 9-8.
