Bigley Big Deal in Utica: Hits for Cycle Monday, August 31st , 2009 Evan Bigley had a banner day at the plate today, stringing together all four legs of the cycle as the Utica Blue Sox beat the New Jersey Cardinals, 13-10. Bigley drilled 4 hits in 6 at-bats, collecting 4 runs batted in and scoring 1 run to capture the win for Utica. "I was fortunate to see some good pitches and I was fortunate to be able to make the most of them," he said later. "It was a good day for us." Evan Bigley hit a two-run double in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit an RBI triple in the 5th, singled in the 7th, grounded out in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 9th.
