Lakewood's Reckling Named SAL's Best Player Monday, August 27th , 2012 It was sensational week for Trevor Reckling of the Lakewood BlueClaws. Not only was he the best pitcher in the South Atlantic League, he was voted the best player, too. Reckling performed at a higher level all week and was voted the SAL Player of the Week. His pitching ledger sheet showed 2 wins and no losses with a fine 0.00 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 11.2 innings. This year, Reckling has compiled a 6-3 record with a 2.09 ERA. |
