Great Week for Kannapolis's Sean Halton Monday, August 6th , 2012 Sean Halton went on a week-long tirade against the South Atlantic League pitchers and was acclaimed the Player of the Week. The Kannapolis first baseman was hot as a firecracker, exploding with a .344 average, 2 home runs and 3 RBIs. For the week Halton bashed out 11 hits in 32 at-bats and scored 4 runs. So far this year, Halton is batting .281 with 8 home runs and 39 RBIs. |
