Fournier Bags TL Best Player Award Monday, July 6th , 2009 The Texas League made it official today: Christopher Fournier is the Player of the Week. He really stood out on the diamond this week with a .348 average to take home the award. The Midland right fielder went 8-for-23, drove in 12 runs, scored 4 times and hit 4 home runs. On the year Fournier has hit .277 with 6 home runs, 15 RBIs and scored 7 runs. |
