Milwaukee Beats St. Louis in 14-Inning Thriller
Milwaukee went toe-to-toe with St. Louis before a winner was decided.

The Milwaukee Brewers beat the St. Louis Cardinals, 10-7, at Busch Stadium. Ryan J Braun, who finished 4th in the AL in hits with 176 in 2007, starred for Milwaukee. He went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3. The first-place Brewers go to 45-33.

Milwaukee used a timely hit from Jordan Aguilar to get the win. The center fielder stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the 14th inning to put the Brewers ahead, 10-7. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Aguilar.
