Hits Blitz for Jaspers Avila Thursday, June 30th , 2022 Chandler Jaspers center fielder Federico Avila hit for the cycle, but his club still went home with their heads hung low. The Jaspers were upended, 15-9, by the Spring Valley Bearcats, despite the big 4-for-5 day from Avila "It was a good game for me," Avila said later. "I wish it could have been a good game for all of us." The Jaspers center fielder sparked the offense with a truly special performance, hitting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to add his name to the record books. Avila also finished with 2 runs scored and 1 run batted in.
