Good production from left fielder Nick Wygal helped the Portland Gold Miners topple the San Diego Stunnas, 10-1. Wygal went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Gold Miners. Portland starter Max Grubb was credited with the win after throwing 87 pitches over 5 innings. His record now stands at 3-4. Today's win puts Portland at 19-25, while San Diego falls to 16-31.
