Potatoes Use Late Surge to Win
|
The Idaho Potatoes picked up a win at Bass Stadium, knocking off the Milwaukee Bass, 4-1. Starting pitcher Eric DeRosier was a big reason why. Idaho has now won 3 in a row.
Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Lee Brown? The 26-year old right fielder Brown stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put Idaho up, 2-1. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
"Felt great, felt really good," said DeRosier.
